Episode 2 is now live. The morning after the spoon before. Vendirak has had a lead on Mod’Ra’Tar – the legendary hammer of Bann Trollslayer. Our polycule are sent out to the gnoll’s warehouse on the edge of town with a hash stone to check the goods. Something seems fishy.
Brilmara takes a trip to Bumbles to pick up spell components, Madame Valerie desires juice, and Thrall will kill again.
Sorry for the late posting here. I’ve been away and only managed to get the audio uploaded to SoundCloud before I went.
Well, Here is Episode 1 of PolyArmoury. Following immediately on from the prologue episode, our policule are now residing in Mordtown and working under Vendirak (The Half-Drow/Half-Ogre with a magic eye – not the pictures, I mean, she might have one of them kicking about in the stockroom somewhere but I mean that one of her eyes is actually magical.) Vendi has heard from a new dungeon lord that’s setting up, just outside town. Time for the party to start earning their way and to meet Impstagram celebrity, Trashboi (with an i).
Get your fidget spinners spinning and practice your formal greetings, it’s PolyArmoury.
This is the eighth guided experience of The Program. I had the added bonus of my boyfriend being here as a test audience for this episode. I do enjoy seeing someone shiver when they hear the sound of an Unlit Guardian.
This week includes another glimpse outside the main thrust of the experience itself, and into the wider world of The Program. What is it? Why are people doing this? Are the recent spate of accidents at the facility actually accidents at all?
After this, there’s only two more episodes, so hopefully, there will be more answers to these questions and others.

With their home, already under siege from small minded, petty bureaucrats and an orc pimp with a grudge. Madame Valarie, her lover Brilmara, and their lover & consensual slave boy, Thrall, flee in the middle of the night when their town is destroyed by human forces wielding powerful magics.
I’m quite pleased with how it turned out. I’ve never edited a podcast before, especially one which would require this level of editing. Ultimately I feel like the planning was worth it but I’ll need far more for next time to make sure there’s plenty to do.
Prologue and episode one were recorded together so just need to get on and edit the rest of that and start getting ready for the next session. At the moment it’s looking like it will be going up monthly as we all have a lot coming up time wise.
Laura will be at CoxCon for the weekend 21/07-24/07 (There will be all new shiny merch there if you’re interested.
George and I will be at Trans Pride on the 22/07, so come say hi if your there.
I believe there’s a chance we may all be at Brighton Pride 07/08 so again, not much time to record.
PolyArmoury is live now on YouTube and SoundCloud.
Looking forward to feedback on the show. I know I have a lot to learn, but it’s a pretty healthy start I feel.
It’s official, the first episode of PolyArmoury will be recording on Friday. We’re hoping to get at least the pilot and first episode recorded. We’ll be releasing one episode a week for the first few weeks but I’m hoping to increase that to two as soon as our outside schedules settle down a little.
If you’re itching for some information, clues, and titbits, check out the PolyArmoury twitter account @PolyArmourySMR – which is currently in the hands of the PolyArmoury’s manager, Vendirak – or tweet the hashtag #PolySMR.
It was a brilliant evening and I had loads of plans for what I could do with that character in future. However, D&D campaigns do require a fair bit of writing an prep and Laura is a busy girl. This didn’t stop me plotting and scheming about what I could get up to given more time. This all leads neatly to finding out that Amazon had all the important D&D manuals on sale recently. A few messages later and I’ve managed to rope George and Laura into a whole campaign of role playing goodness.
That’s right, I’m swapping my usual dungeon for something less whip-y and more goblin-y. What have they let themselves in for? *prolonged evil laughter* This is my first attempt at DMing and only my second time playing D&D at all, but I’m pretty sure, whatever else happens, we’ll have some fun.
Dates to be announced but keep an eye here and on the official twitter account for more on this.
Over the last few months I’ve been making a horror themed hypnosis/ASMR style… thing on SoundCloud and YouTube.
The basic premise is that you have found a series of “guided experiences” designed to prepare you for something called The Program. It’s been an interesting project as I’ve made creepy media in the past, but nothing so specifically horror themed.
Sadly, it’s been a bit much for a lot of people and few have managed to listen to more than an episode or two as it seems to just really bother them. Especially those with good visual imagination. I myself have aphantasia so I have no idea what it’s like in that regard. I just keep writing things I think people find horrific – within my own personal limits – and hope for the best. I’m planning on leaving it at ten episodes. It’s currently on episode seven so there’s still time to get listening before it’s all over.
If you’re into creepy horror that may see you drowned in sewage or dismembered by commuters, grab your ear screw, neck your concurrance medication, and head to SoundCloud or YouTube.
